Previously she was VP, Commercial, Strategy & Digital Media for MTV Networks where she oversaw MTVN’s strategy & P&L across the company’s 11- channel portfolio of MTV, VH1, Nickelodeon and Paramount Comedy brands where she launched their first IPTV, VOD, mobile and social channels and communities.
Prior to MTVN, Angel was Controller, Business Development & Emerging Platforms at the BBC where she had responsibility for extending the company’s four television and nine radio brands across mobile, broadband and on-demand platforms.
Angel was also Director of Broadband at gameplay where she lead distribution and business development and has consulted to a number of Fortune 500 companies on issues of online commerce.
Earlier in her career she served as Director of Legal and Business Affairs for several NGOs protecting wildlife and their habitat.

Angel Gambino was Vice President, Commercial, Strategy & Digital Media for Viacom UK. She was responsible for Viacom's business strategy across the 11- channel portfolio of MTV, VH1, VH2, TMF, Nickelodeon and Paramount Comedy brands, initially with particular focus on expanding MTVN's position in digital media and activities in internet, IPTV, VOD, mobile, gaming and other on-demand and interactive areas. She launched and was managing: MTV Flux, the first cross-platform community controlled music entertainment channel, five mobile tv channels, participation programming, TV VOD, Overdrive IPTV service and many other Viacom products.
Angel was responsible for managing the digital P&L and all non-advertising revenue streams including new ventures, affiliate relationships and other partnerships as well as collaborating with the Viacom Brand Solutions group on below-the-line commercial alliances. She and the UK business were responsible for the most significant P&L outside the US.
