After 30+ years of great success and fulfillment in marriage, family and home – and inevitably placing work second in order to ‘survive’ – I am beginning a new ‘second half.’ It implies a re-commitment to the life purpose once envisioned in high school and college, i.e. “to [become a doctor and] help people.” It also involves returning to school for more education in management information systems with a focus area in health care.

MBC Health Solutions is a business that helps people improve health outcomes.

We believe that individuals who take responsibility for managing their own health information can work more effectively with their physicians to maximize quality of care and get better results. We help them to do so. Specifically, MBC Health Solutions helps patients to organize and develop personal health records and provides related added-value services.

As of May, 2010 MBC Health Solutions is a start up company working with a small group of family and friends in health care and technology to develop prototypes, pilot tests and specific business plans.
