Evaluated new web requests with team in order to determine appropriate course and timeline for implementation.

Managed large scale Summer Reading project in partnership with Target. Responsible for providing creative direction and feedback to Target’s marketing department for all printed marketing materials as well as distribution of materials.
Managed the design and implementation of new online functionality to run the Summer Reading program; coordinating the work of 2 outside vendors to bring the project to life. Created concept for new online game; provided creative direction and feedback for outside vendor to develop game. All the above was completed under multiple, tight deadlines and launched on time, while remaining within budget.
