More than 20 years as a business professional and business school professor, specializing in change management, building interpersonal and inter-firm trust, and leadership assessment and development. My experience includes several years at the General Motors Corporation in human resource management and manufacturing engineering functions.
Consulting experience includes working with large and mid-size for-profit firms, health-care organizations, and not-for-profit organizations. Karen and I wrote business plans which raised $1.5 million from angel investors for two different startups.

Taught in all of the MBA programs at the Babcock Graduate School of Management during my decade as a professor there: Full-Time, Evening, Charlotte Evening, Charlotte Saturday, and Executive MBA. Earned two teaching awards, several summers of research support, and two additional special summer research fellowships.
Research:
Published in several "A" publications during my tenure at Wake Forest U.
Notable Innovations:
Launched innovative and successful Trust Network for several hundred current students and alumni which provided job opportunities and internships that would not have resulted otherwise.
Notable Service:
Served on University Grievance Committee for three years, and chaired that committee for one year. Served on numerous University and School committees and taskforces. Chaired two successful faculty search committees. Member Academic Coordination Council for one year.
