I am currently the CEO and Founder of Fidelity Assets, LLC, an online marketing company focused on traffic generation solutions combined with "post click marketing" solutions to help our clients convert their traffic efficiently. There are 3 divisions within the company:

1. http://www.fidelityassets.com, our real estate marketing platform helping real estate brokers and agents market themselves on Yahoo, Google, AOL, so they can generate their own exclusive sales leads.

2. http://www.merchengines.com, our Search Engine Marketing (SEM/SEO) traffic generation platform for "mid-market" and local businesses.

3. http://www.LeadAlchemy.com, our "post-click marketing" platform which helps online advertisers convert their traffic more efficiently.

With over 15 years of leadership and entrepreneurial experience, I have been an executive manager for publicly held media companies, and have led business development and product teams for several top-10 Internet media companies including Xoom.com/NBCi, GO.com/Infoseek/Disney, and CNET structuring and executing strategic partnerships.

I am also a Managing Partner in an investment fund, called Andojo LP. I was Vice President of Product Marketing and Development for Xoom.com/NBCi where I defined and developed the Product Management process and managed a team to build products that grew it's membership base from 1 million members to over 16 million within 1 1/2 years. Prior to Xoom.com/NBCi I was instrumental with the launch of Disney's GO.com. Prior to GO.com, I was a Group Product Manager at Infoseek.

In 1993, I co-wrote and produced a documentary on the history of U.S.cable television for NHK (Japanese Public Television). I hold an MA from the Annenberg School for Communication at University of Southern California (1994), and a Certificate in Recording Arts and Sciences from University of California, Los Angeles (1992) and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from San Diego State University (1990).

I led M&A efforts and integration of companies once acquired (Liquid Market, ParaLogic, MightyMail, SiteMail, Greetings Online, Pagecount, Inc, and NetFloppy). Authored business plan for NBCi Europe. Fostered and completed International partnerships to form NBCi Europe with Canal Plus (France), RTL (Germany), Telecom Italia (Italy), Channel 4 (UK).Defined network-wide integrated sales and distribution packages for advertisers to purchase ad spots across the Web, email, television, and radio.
