I have always worked in an IT related position with virtually all of that time in a development environment. At Pierce Management Services I successfully managed the whole development and support operation for 4 years. I implemented process improvements and introduced automated testing tools at Marlborough Stirling. I was a lead developer on the b2b portal, Pub-serve.com, developed in ASP/VB using Oracle, SQL Server and BizTalk. At Wedgwood I worked on a range of projects including the re-engineering the global supply chain with .Net technologies using eXtreme Programming development methodology. Taking on the role of Technical Director at Bx I changed the focus of the company to work with the emerging Microsoft technologies and founded a specialist SharePoint practice working with Microsoft and a number of Gold Certified Partners on a range of high profile projects. I left Bx to setup 21apps; a small consultancy with an emphasis on providing community support and expert consultancy around the expanding MOSS 2007 platform.
