I'm currently working as Global Curricula Manager for Global Training and Education Services, ExxonMobil. Our team is responsible for stewarding the global, corporate curricula and Leadership Development programs across the organization, I work with an excellent cadre of globally dispersed training professionals, who interface with functional training organizations and Business Line HR managers. Our goal is to enhance individual effectiveness, drive the development of key leadership behaviors and practices, and build competitive advantage through a sustained focus on people development.
