Convert is a Javascript application that allows eCommerce businesses to increase their conversion rates. Industry average conversion rates are 2%, and the Convert software enables web stores to see 100%-200% increases in their overall conversion rates, having a huge impact on their bottom line. The software is in a Lighthouse period, offering potential clients an opportunity to utilize enterprise-class software that the likes of Amazon/eBay use internally on their Small and Medium Businesses. Clients either license the software on a SAAS-basis or on structured (typically) 6 month contracts.
As a member of the agency team, I control the client experience and manage all activities required to launch clients including providing creative and technical expertise.
My background in SEO/CSS/XHTML/Photoshop is extremely helpful in reducing the manpower required to successfully launch clients and allows me to be extremely efficient in my duties.
The role requires me to constantly be under heavy pressure to launch clients to meet cash-flow requirements creating an instant satisfaction that my actions fuel growth within the startup.
As the client's main contact, I adeptly handle all client inquiries, requests, and any troubleshooting issues that arise helping to reduce any possible client reduction while maximizing client satisfaction.

Coming onto the Grooveshark team in 2006, I immediately assumed the role of extended-founder and proceeded to help grow the team from 6 part-time students to a venture-backed company with 24 full time employees.
Switching duties from COO, to VP of Business Development, I negotiated the signing of a net-600 record labels and artists. Working from nothing, I have assembled the advertising department, and built numerous mutually-beneficial business partnerships.
Now, my duty is to turn this startup into revenue-positive through product development initiatives, business development partnerships, and advertising sales. What I lack in experience, I make up for in drive and countless hours of research.
