I am a Board Director and currently run the Interactive and Account Planning and Analysis teams at Euro RSCG Riley. We develop interactive marketing strategies for companies looking to attract or engage with employees, or Universities looking to attract students. I have operational and managerial responsibilities over my department, which has nearly doubled it's contribution to the business in the three years since I took over. We have also won "Best Website" at the RAD Awards (www.radawards.com) two years in a row, which is one of the UK's biggest awards ceremonies for the employment marketing industry. We have also won "Best Website" at the SAGRA (South African Graduate Recruitment Awards) and numerous Integrated Marketing Awards.
I have 12 years' experience in this industry and have worked with many of the major Global companies, including: ASDA, Rolls-Royce, plc., Diageo, Reckitt Benckiser, Virgin Media, Expedia.com, The Boeing Company, British Airways, Starbucks Coffee Company, Toyota, ABN Amro, IBM, Kaiser-Permanente, Charles Schwab and Company, PeopleSoft, Applied Materials, KLA-Tencor, The Boeing Company, L'Oreal, New York Life Insurance, Aetna, Vodafone and The British Library.
I have consulted on advanced Web strategies which include Behavioural Targeting, Search Engine Marketing, email marketing, Rich Media, advanced tracking and measurement and ROI reporting. One of the projects I worked on won an honorable mention at the One Show in New York (a first for a Recruitment Advertising Company).
I can program HTML and Flash, and can design and implement Web sites fully from concept to design through launch.
