I define, design and deliver products and services that are easy and pleasurable to use, that inspire customers and the bottom line. This includes insight into your product strategy and your customers, and the development of concrete, actionable plans.
My expertise is solving difficult product design problems, from broadly targeted services to complex business applications. This helps build your brand, customer base, revenue, shorten your development cycles, trim training and support costs.
I deliver blueprints for innovative, well-behaved products and services that developers can build, sales can sell, and customers actually like to use. This also includes discovery of new opportunities and translation of unmet needs. This is the translation of "what we see" to "what it means" to "why it matters."
Throughout, I provide strategy and direction, designing superior, relevant offerings that are usable and profitable. As my form and frameworks are agnostic and centered on human experience, my work is cross-industry.
I'm a seasoned Architect-Designer. My skills and practice include defining strategy from context and culture, then designing for human-centered needs (tacit or realized), based on behavioral, emotional and experiential elements, interdependent and interactive. I'm also a Cognitive-Medical Psychologist with advanced clinical expertise and board certification.
I seek balanced consideration of user needs, business models and technical feasibility. I work with executive stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams; I have delivered on multi-year project investments up to 9M.
