I am a full-time professional travel writer, journalist and author.

The J-Word:
Following publication of my novel The J-Word this year, I have spoken at London's Jewish Book Week, at Jewish cultural centre The Spiro Ark in central London, and to reading groups and community groups (Jewish and non-Jewish). Recently I was interviewed about The J-Word at Hampstead & Highgate Literary Festival.
The J-Word is about an elderly man who - with the help of his young grandson - seeks justice after being beaten up by antisemitic thugs. It explores the nature of secular Jewish identity.
The publisher is an award-winning independent, Snowbooks (http://www.snowbooks.com).
The J-Word will be published in America in January. Please contact me if you would like a copy for review.

Current and recent work (2008-2009):

Other current and recent work includes numerous city guides and updates, mainly on France, the UK, Israel and Belgium, for What's On When, Columbus World Travel Guide, Spectator Business Magazine, Livewire, bmi Voyager and the Jewish Chronicle.
