After discovering better opportunities for myself and my clients, I moved away from retail subprime loans, to being a loan originator for mortgage broker United Mortgage Group in 2003. Finding limitations for growth within UMG, I took a position with CEM Financial Inc in 2005. CEM allows me to provide loans on my terms.
Mortgage brokering allows me to shop and compare loan terms for my clients from any wholesale mortgage lender out there. My skills are in speedy delivery from America's top lending source where my clients achieve the best terms available. My goal is always to give you the loan you want, to never have any surprises in the process and to be clear and honest from application to closing.
