• On a day to basis ensure the operation the F&B, business to business (4 functions rooms), the longest snow slope in the UK and widest in the world. Whilst ensuring the building management and dealing with the 16 tenants.

Wycombe Summit Ski and Snowboard Centre was the largest artificial slope in England. It is part of a 160 acre site, which is being developed into a leisure complex. The company’s turnover was £1 million and employed up to 250 members of staff.
