I had P&L responsibility for the health & beauty brands: Aloette.com, PurMinerals.com, and CosMedix.com. Oversaw all online marketing activities including email, paid search, organic search, affiliate, and social media. Defined the customer experience, product roadmap, and business requirements for all e-commerce sites.
Successfully launched the new PurMinerals.com site in May of 2008 and increased revenue 23% over 2007. Implemented social media campaigns that dramatically increased customer engagement. Launched brand blogs, customer reviews, product Q & A, YouTube channels, Facebook pages, and blogger review programs. As a result of these initiatives, we drove more revenue through social media in Q4 than Non-Brand paid search!
Implemented an email marketing plan that increased email revenue 61%. Led the email platform RFP and implemented ExactTarget in Jan 2009.
Managed a team of two and an annual operating budget of $800k.

Led the multi-million dollar IBM Websphere redesign project for Homedepot.com. Successfully launched the new site in May of 2007 and was recognized for my outstanding contribution to the project.
Responsible for the customer experience within the 13 categories on Homedepot.com. Led a team of category managers focused on optimizing the shopping experience within each of the categories.
