    I joined case-mate in February and doubled online sales in my first 6 months. Launched the new case-mate.com website in April and migrated from Netsuite to the ShopVisible e-commerce platform. Streamlined warehouse operations, doubling productivity. Eliminated backorders, created online inventory locations, and implemented same day shipping for all orders.

    Implemented Google Analytics and brought a test, measure, repeat culture to online marketing. Completely overhauled Google Adwords account structure resulting in significantly higher sales and better profitability. Brought a regular rhythm to e-mail marketing and grew our subscriber count 75%. Launched a display ad retargeting program with FetchBack to help improve conversion rates.

    Made a significant investment in social media. Launched the case-mate blog (http://blog.case-mate.com) for posting all company news. Managed the case-mate twitter account (@casemate) where we announce new products, respond to customer questions, and address service problems. Developed strong relationships with influential YouTube reviewers. Launched http://feedback.case-mate.com for collecting and prioritizing customer feedback.

    I had P&L responsibility for the health & beauty brands: Aloette.com, PurMinerals.com, and CosMedix.com. Oversaw all online marketing activities including email, paid search, organic search, affiliate, and social media. Defined the customer experience, product roadmap, and business requirements for all e-commerce sites.

    Successfully launched the new PurMinerals.com site in May of 2008 and increased revenue 23% over 2007. Implemented social media campaigns that dramatically increased customer engagement. Launched brand blogs, customer reviews, product Q & A, YouTube channels, Facebook pages, and blogger review programs. As a result of these initiatives, we drove more revenue through social media in Q4 than Non-Brand paid search!

    Implemented an email marketing plan that increased email revenue 61%. Led the email platform RFP and implemented ExactTarget in Jan 2009.

    Managed a team of two and an annual operating budget of $800k.

    Responsible for the customer experience within the 13 categories on Homedepot.com. Led a team of category managers focused on optimizing the shopping experience within each of the categories.

    Managed the following vendor relationships including contract negotiations: Endeca, Omniture, Bazaarvoice, MapQuest, Akamai, Gomez, Vendaria, Coremetrics, Scene7, CriticalMass, and Spunlogic.
