My name is Andrew Himes and I am a Realtor in Collegeville, PA about 25 minutes from Philadelphia. My wife and I live in Collegeville with our 2 dogs and have been here for almost 3 years now. Having lived all over the Delaware Valley my entire life I am familiar with Bucks, Montgomery and Chester Counties. I attended Phil-Mont Christian Academy which helped to prepare me for my college experience at West Chester University where I majored in Finance w/ a concentration in Management. I enjoy working with all types of clients but the majority of the people I help buy and sell homes with are internet savvy. With the wealth of information available on the internet, buyers and sellers are able to view almost every home listed for sale on 1000’s of real estate and non-real estate related websites. When selling a home my goal is to have your home listed on as many of these websites as possible because you never know where your buyer might see your home.
