Over 200 software projects relevant to medical imaging, image files, and radiology are monitored and tracked. All the programs are free for use under various licenses; some are open source. Projects are tested weekly for validity and new releases. Subscription services are available to recieve email notifications of new releases of selected projects.

  I develop software for medical imaging, in particular functional brain imaging using positron emission tomography (PET) and MRI. I developed and maintain a number of research compute clusters in the 30-node range. My software processes image data from different modalities (MR, CT, PET) and provides automation to a diverse environment including image reconstruction, transport, archiving, and analysis.
