I spearheaded the creation of a new media group through art directing, animating, and team management. Previously the office outsourced all interactive work, my efforts creating this new group resulted in developing a critical revenue stream that increased gross profits, enhanced key capabilities offerings, and a thrilled client for the quality of the creative. I’ve been entrusted to manage teams of up to 20 people on big start-up projects, including; creative, animation, production, and photography teams.

As the second-in-charge web developer, I directly managed and art directed a team of four Flash programmers in addition to my own animating. I worked consistently under high priority and short turn around deadlines.
