Currently i'm working at Teorema Engineering as premier field System Engineer for Microsoft Premier Services. My principal goal is to provide the first line of on-site support and consulting for Enterprise Microsoft customers, trying to solve relevant problems or requests and escalate to Microsoft Global Technical Support Center the most complex cases.
