Handled / oversaw all truck related filings and maintenance dept. Recruited for my ability to resolve issues, implement change and bottom line solutions through root cause analysis.
  
  Through team efforts, BBB standings were re-established in numerous locations, older claims settled, departments staffed and a more vigorous safety program for the drivers instated.
