After some years spent between London, Paris and various Italian cities, doing employee and marketing research, in 2003 I settled in Milan, where I worked as a consultant and trainer, mainly in the fields of human resources and creativity.

Today I am a Consultant with Towers Perrin-ISR (still in Milan). I carry out employee surveys for large national and international companies and help our clients understand and act upon their results.

Other than that, my main hobbies are improvisational theatre (www.teatribu.it) and clowning (www.claunmilano.it). I'm a member of a national charity association specialised in clown-therapy.
