October 2006 – October 2007: Stage at Microsoft Italy PR Team during this year I have had the opportunity to put in practice my Universities teachings and to develop my skills. I have learned what the teamwork organization is, the unique opportunity to share my ideas in cooperation with the others, how to act under pressure and fulfill the objectives assigned. I have experienced how to manage relationships with Italian Media (both journalists and blogosphere), how a launch event has been managed and organized (Windows Vista and Office 2007, i.e.) and how technology is and will be the key to realize people’s full potential. Last but not least, I have been input in the list of Bloggers at Microsoft Italy.
January – August 2006: Research stage at Bow.it (first Italian Hi-Tech Online Shop) in charge of product management, site content management and partner relations management. This has been a research stage to test consumer behaviors and buying attitudes for online communities customers. The marketing campaigns and tools developed have increased customers retention and actual sales by more than 170% compared to previous campaigns tested in the past.

I have coordinated a very young and dynamic team in order to get the web site from its infancy to become a recognized authority in the gaming industry opinion setters and acquiring in depth expertise and personal networking in order to increase the users interest and the completeness of news and analysis provided. The web site is currently having more than 1M users per month.
