Represented the CAD team for Canyon River Blues, a private label denim brand. Created all-over prints, screen tees, embroideries, hangtags, sweaters, and wovens for Juniors and Girls 2-16. Consistently recognized for outstanding graphic and print work by supervisors and peers, and raised the standard expectation of what could be accomplished. Along with other Senior CAD members, maintained a streamlined CAD workload, and mentored assistants.

Working closely with designers, created graphics, all-over prints, embroideries, wovens and jacquards for private label Young Men's and Main Floor Men's brands. Regularly recognized by Menswear Team for outstanding graphic and print work.
*Trained new associates in dept. on U4ia, saving approx. $2000 per associate and being assured they were trained efficiently and effectively.
*Discovered how to export U4ia files to open in Adobe Photoshop, thereby allowing domestic vendors to keep the integrity of the detailed artwork using the digital version.
*Developed consistency of Color Cards for dept.
*For a better understanding of textile design on model, utilized Texturemap module of U4ia. This was the first time it was used in Design at Sears, and earned the Menswear CAD team the "Bright Idea" nomination.
