In an effort to cut costs and follow a "greener" initiative, spearheaded, created and continuously maintains weblog for Eastview Elementary PTO. Informs teachers, parents and students about current events within the school and the community efficiently and more dynamically. The weblog eases transition from dependence on paper copies to a consistent, digital format, and facilitates an environment whereby a dialogue between parents and PTO members is encouraged.

Working closely with designers, created graphics, all-over prints, embroideries, wovens and jacquards for private label Young Men's and Main Floor Men's brands. Regularly recognized by Menswear Team for outstanding graphic and print work.
*Trained new associates in dept. on U4ia, saving approx. $2000 per associate and being assured they were trained efficiently and effectively.
*Discovered how to export U4ia files to open in Adobe Photoshop, thereby allowing domestic vendors to keep the integrity of the detailed artwork using the digital version.
*Developed consistency of Color Cards for dept.
*For a better understanding of textile design on model, utilized Texturemap module of U4ia. This was the first time it was used in Design at Sears, and earned the Menswear CAD team the "Bright Idea" nomination.
