Consultant, Strategist
Greater New York City Area
I am a User Experience Designer, Product Strategist, and Agile Coach. Since designing and building my first commercial website in 1997, I have been leading the product strategy and design of user experiences for both consumer-facing and enterprise applications, at everything from boutique agencies to multi-nationals. Previous clients (either direct or through an agency) include AOL, CBS, Deutsche Bank, FOX, JP Morgan, Sony Pictures, Turner Broadcasting, Viacom, and the City of New York. I am currently an independent consultant in New York City.
I also have a book in progress, "Agile Experience Design," which provides non-technologists, such as interaction designers and information architects, with a path for adopting Agile practices and becoming valuable and thriving members of Agile teams.
