Including:
- Landing page and usability optimzation, UI, a/b testing etc.
- Website analytics & campaign tracking (Omniture & Google Adwords)
- Affiliate, display, SEM, PPC and SEO
The online CPA has been cut by more that 4/5 and the volume is raised by a factor 7.
The online channel has been transformed from the most expensive to the cheapest channel and at the same time it has grown from non-existing to the largest channel.
