(Gestiunea riscului la patrunderea pe piata internationala)
It develops a new and original indicator, in an attempt to assess the risk of association with an enterprise that already activates on a certain market. Also a software application, called AnBilant (VisualBasic), was developed, in order to help the marketers to evaluate the non-public companies.
The research was made over more than 800 companies, mostly from Romania and listed at the stock exchange. A special attention was given to the gas and oil industry.

1) Market entry strategies (exports, franchisig, licensing, joint venture, strategic alliances, foreign investments: mergers, aquisitions, greenfields)
