I've been acting as an Information Security advisor providing assessment, modeling and contributing to achieve company's goals of creating a future-state infrastructure based on solutions where Information Security is a key component of their business strategy. Strong experience designing and integrating large and complex enterprise-wide infosec solutions for top companies, interfacing with their senior executives and technical departments. Before joining VeriSign, I worked about three years as an IT and Information Security independent consultant for leading brazilian companies and also provided IT support for small business (which is very pleasure - in SME you can see how technology can affect the business). Former security officer at Telesp Celular (VIVO) and Americel, both leading Telecom companies. Worked also as Security Product Manager at Compugraf and started my carreer as Internet & UNIX System Administrator at Editora Abril and Dedalus Sistemas.
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science from IME-USP (www.ime.usp.br), Master Degree in Marketing from ESPM. CISSP and ITIL Foundation certificated professional. SANS GIAC GHTQ certified.
