Anand is currently the CEO of BrainReactions LLC, a company that utilizes the most creative college students to brainstorm new ideas for Fortune 1000 companies. BrainReactions also trains companies and people on systematic innovation and entrepreneurship via their http://training.brainreactions.com site. Anand is fond of meeting exciting new people and believes that opportunities can be created in any field.
Anand Chhatpar started his first company, Pyxoft Infotech Pvt Ltd. at age 17 in India. In his second year in the US, Anand was involved in his second start-up, OZ Innovations and went on to sell the product internationally in a retail chain of over 72 stores. Anand graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a stellar academic record supplemented by his research in various fields within Computer Engineering. He holds 8 issued U.S. utility patents.
Anand has recently launched an online brainstorming network and idea management software called http://brainreactions.net recently that helps companies brainstorm online with their employees and their customers to build an idea pipeline and seed word-of-mouth marketing.
In October 2005, Anand was named as one of the "Top 5 Entrepreneurs Under 25" by Business Week Online:

In March 2008, Anand received the University of Wisconsin's "Forward Under 40" award that recognizes high achieving young alumni of the UW that are promoting the "Wisconsin Idea" of serving the community and society through their work.
