You may not have heard of us, but quite likely you have already come across our work. At Dulles Airport, Phoenix Sky Harbor airport, and airports all across the nation and even overseas, they have replaced the traditional monitors that you used to see in most airports with a flight information display system (FIDS) - the presentation tier is created dynamically by a Flash application that receives all the data via XML streams from a Windows 2003 (.Net) server. This project has since been featured in the popular book, New Masters of Flash: Volume 3 (Brendan Dawes, et al,).
The CEO of Voxant secured $10.5 million in funding, in part by demonstrating a Flash prototype Video feed mashup application we developed. Immediately after completing the Voxant Media Player, we began work on a Flex 2 application (Pronto!) that Adobe presented for two years straight at their annual MAX conference.
Anaara Media LLC was founded in 2002 with the sole purpose of creating engaging and interactive business solutions using latest and emerging development environments and platform agnostic technologies. With Adobe Flex, Anaara Media continues to fulfill this purpose while forging alliances and partnerships with its customers and clients including Fortune-50, Fortune-100 and major corporations nationwide.
Anaara Media has a history of working closely with Adobe in upcoming and emerging technologies; including Live Motion (in the past), Dreamweaver, Flex, and the Flash Platform. We have been implementing Flex in our RIA solutions since the alpha release of Flex 2.
Over the years, our experience as consultants in the areas of web and digital media development have enabled us to tackle an ever increasingly diverse array of RIA and media projects. You can find our complete profile and portfolio at http://anaara.com

Gene Logic is a bioinformatics company which elucidates gene expression targets for the pharmaceutical industry. Gene Logic subscribed to several high-priced databases and information services which provided an overwhelming amount of data on the activities of other companies and research in the industry. However, for any one of these small companies to keep track of its high-paced competition manually was an impossible task.
I developed an automated system which mined these proprietary data sources as well as free sources such as the USPTO database and the Internet, internalized the data and made it accessible, searchable, and selectively push-able through a simple web-based interface. The application contained various modules which brought the data in the context of the various business groups within the company, as well as a module that enabled the executives to monitor the internal progress of their own company.
