Amy Gershkoff is Managing Partner of Changing Targets Media™, which offers a micro-targeted approach to buying mass media. We take the same microtargeting strategies that have revolutionized voter contact and apply them to mass media, making your advertising buys more targeted, efficient, and effective.
Amy received her Ph.D. in political science from Princeton University and went on to work as a polling consultant, providing strategic advice to campaigns and advocacy groups. In her role as Vice President of Analytics at MSHC Partners, she developed microtargeting strategies for political campaigns and non-profit organizations.
Gershkoff's articles have been published in numerous media outlets and academic journals, including the Washington Post, Christian Science Monitor, Perspectives on Politics, and Politics magazine, and she has been a commentator on NPR and XM Radio. Gershkoff was named a 2008 Rising Star by Campaigns and Elections magazine.

Hal Malchow and I have teamed up to form a new company, Changing Targets Media, that will offer media targeting to Democratic campaigns and media consultants. Our approach is to take the same microtargeting strategies that have revolutionized voter contact and apply them to television advertising. Our patent-pending system can reach a greater proportion of persuadable voters at a lower cost.
