Managing several projects focused on "electronic public administration" (enabling services allowing the public administration to cooperate amongst offices and offer its services to the public).
Projects are developed mainly on top of the Java EE platform following the Métrica-3 quality process.
An effort to improve the development process was started. This effort included pioneering good practices like automated tests (unit and acceptance) and continuos integration (Hudson), monitoring main metrics of the projects through Cargo and adopting more efficient tools during development (Maven and Eclipse IAM), leading to a more agile implementation of Métrica-3. -
