I have over eight years’ experience in identifying & sourcing professionals for clients in New Zealand, India, UK & USA, I have extensive exposure to process oriented methodologies. Besides account management experience, I have recruited for positions as an Internal (in-house) Recruiter, RPO Recruitment Consultant & in Recruitment Agencies.
In my career, I have effectively contributed to -
- Develop a recruiting strategy that continually replenishes the candidate pipeline
- Develop and support strategy including electronic systems and social media (Web 2.0)
- Develop collateral marketing materials for Web 2.0 channels
- Develop the Referral and Key Strategic Hire programs for clients

At present, I am focused on optimising the use of Employee Referral Programs as a candidate sourcing channel. I am constantly engaging with people to be effective in my strategy and of course, still learning as I go along.....
