· Trusted advisor to key teams at Google. I help managers understand the business and my work directly impacts ~50% of core revenue (currently at ~$11 billion).
· Leading various reporting initiatives in our business intelligence platform, which is used by ~1,000 people.
· Supported a major reorganization of North American unit which affected ~600 people. My role was wide-encompassing and went from defining scope to actually executing.

· Led a team of engineers to launch a new index for Google Images with over a billion entries, making it the largest free online repository of images.
