Amenity Real Estate Group was incorporated in 2006 with the mission of providing the very best in technology based real estate services in the Canyon Lake and Texas Hill Country area. We take a new approach to selling real estate, we use the power of the internet to get our listings in front of qualified potential buyers. We also market to other REALTORS® so that they have a vehicle to showcase the property to more than a local base.

We have done extensive research on web marketing as it relates to real estate and we have come up with some eye opening results. This is why we offer each client that lists their property with us a FREE address specific website that defines the property and is indexed in a way that exposes the site to the major search engines and gets top page rankings. We also have over six major web sites that we own and maintain that your listing will also be added to as well as the address specific site. These cross links are very important to search inquiries and the way sites like Google and Yahoo reference the results of a search.

When you are considering hiring an agent to sell your property make sure that they have a marketing plan that gives you the highest level of exposure and keeps you abreast of just what is happening with your property. We keep you informed of how many looks and where the looks are coming from. We also offer a service that not too many REATLORS® are using. Its called DocuSign.
