Alzheimer Mediation for Dementia Conflict

Thanks for your interest in me.
I am an innovative Gerontologist - the one who focused on the pathological side of aging in school. It has been important to me to better understand Alzheimer's - and other types of dementia; cognitive impairment; and to problem-solve critical care and family issues. My goals for becoming a licensed nursing home administrator were first, to go full circle with the research process and learn the whys of compliance. Second, to build more successful infrastructures that provide quality dementia care. Third to teach and consult on a larger scale about these same issues to help bring more peace and order to conflicts. I get to the heart of the matter - establishing trust and winning client confidence are consistent results.
I believe people want to be understood and I listen to understand the problem. I enjoy the challenge of unscrambling problems, developing and empowering others. I've helped healthcare professionals, longterm care leaders, national organizations, students across the education continuum as well as complex family structures to understand their situations, to find solutions, closure and satisfaction. I'm highly motivated in competitive business situations to produce winning solutions and maximize revenues and profit. With a genuine empathic approach, I find the positive in a conflict and work it in a win-win strategy.
I believe in inviting resolution with empathy.
