I am a software engineer specializing in Microsoft technologies, specifically the .NET Framework, C# and SQL Server. I have developed applications specific to several industries, including health care, manufacturing, and insurance. My early experience was gained working for small consulting firms. However, since 2003 I have worked for a software company developing clinical health care applications.
I want to continue to gain experience and grow as a developer, possibly learn a new language like Java or Ruby. I also see myself starting to move toward teaching others as a team lead in the near future. I enjoy the technical side of software development and do not want to move strictly into a management or project management role any time soon.
