President/COO of People Capital, a new-media financial start-up, is the natural evolution of a career that has grown and sharpened incrementally. Beginning while in college as an entreprenuer building an IT consulting firm, to CIO of a national asset-based lending firm, to co-founder of a Management and Technology consulting firm focusing on the financial sector responsible for P&L of the practice area, as well as client acquisition and retention, my experiences have covered the spectrum and provide me unique insight into all facets of the organization, inside and out. This includes decomposition of the client’s market and organization, review of external drivers such as technology innovations and legislative temperature, and the orchestrating of solution-sets to create and/or exploit competencies. Interests lie in finding organizations in the Financial sector that allow me the latitude to exploit my strengths in Organizational and Business growth, Information and Technology, Finance and Strategy. People Capital is the culmination of those efforts and interests.
