In this position I have Identified potential markets and created a few vertical products based on the Synthean platform. The products were invented through identification of specific market needs via research, customers’ interviews, and internal interviews with sales, business, and engineering. I was directly involved in all aspects of the company related to the new products (business, sales, engineering, and marketing). Participated in licensing model and pricing decisions making. Defined the business requirements and the technical direction of the products.

Part of Synthean from the beginning when I hired, built, managed and led the Engineering department. I led the development of the different products from the ground up with aggressive timelines, and a small team. Along with the team, developed and maintained the different products roadmap and future requirements which allowed for quick development cycles.
In a constant effort to instill a “zero-defects” development practice, initiated the “Pre-QA” post development phase, which dramatically increased products quality.
