Throughout my Director roles I have developed and implemented the overall branding strategy, communication strategy (including major donors, grants, Combined Federal Campaign, direct marketing, newsletters, and monthly giving program), and marketing strategy (including conventions, advertisements, public relations, and customer service), managed a staff of 8, and managed a budget of $1,000,000.
I was also a member of the Leadership Team that set and monitored long-range goals and priorities for the organization in conjunction with the Board of Directors.
I have been instrumental in helping to set long-term goals and strategy for the IT Department, assisted with acquiring and implementing a Customer Relationship Management software suite, managed and cultivated vendor relationships that included media production and collateral design and production, and worked with business consultants to further enhance the programs and image of the organization.
