As a technical communication and knowledge management professional, I have been on the cutting edge of developing technologies in Israel and Europe for the last 15 years.

These are my recent achievements at Sitronics TS, Prague

- I recruited, trained, and managed one of the largest groups of technical communicators in the Czech Republic. The profession is brand-new, so my work involved evangelizing in all aspects of information gathering, writing, editing, tool-mastery and single-sourcing. Under my leadership, the multi-national, multi-language team produced a highly professional range of deliverables in several languages, including user guides, installation guides, readmes, release notes, customization guides, style guides, programming guides, SDKs, software design documents, technical specifications.

- I initiated Knowledge Management on the organization level, including the analysis of the methods of creation, representation, and distribution of knowledge for the purposes of enhancing performance, competitive advantage, innovation, developmental processes, lessons learnt transfer and the general development of collaborative practices. - I led the Code Preservation program, by introducing a disciplined commenting culture among .NET programmers. While they serve as the company's most critical treasure, these comments are also the basis of documentation generated automatically by tools such as Doxygen and Sandcastle.

- Under my initiative, the company took a professional approach to the localization, globalization and translation effort.
