Author, Speaker, Creator of The Leading from the Heart Workshop
Toledo, Ohio Area
I am the author of Vital Integrities: How Values-Based Leaders Acquire and Preserve Their Credibility, founder and president of All Square, Inc., and the creator of The Leading from the Heart Workshop®. I have nearly three decades of leadership experience, including nineteen years working for a Fortune 500 bank. I lecture on leadership, communications, business ethics, and board governance to corporate, nonprofit, and association audiences around the country.
The Leading from the Heart Workshop teaches leaders at all levels how to lead with heartfelt principles. This three-day workshop provides a unique opportunity to explore values-based leadership in an intimate, small group setting. By balancing information with experiential exercises that are both practical and memorable, I ensure that the lessons learned will endure long after the workshop ends.
