Dev. Engineer at Microsoft
India
I have worked with 2 startups and a large MNC. I prefer the startup environments for the sharp learning curves and their high risk attitudes.
Ideally I would like to work in an organisation which believes that its employees are its core assets and it values their suggestions and feedback more than those of external consultants and marketing gurus.
Most of my work has been in systems. I love tinkering around with software and the trickier parts debugging and untangling code. System design and hardware architecture are some of the other things that keep me busy and uptodate with.
