Participated in development and design of Ericsson's CDMA2000 Base Station Controller. This project was implemented using C++ on embedded boards using the OSE real time OS on PPC 705 and 450. My responsibilities, besides descign and implementation, included everything from design and implementation of the development environment to team build engineer. I was also a member of our process group that lead the way to decreasing fault reports for our division.
