  I am a portrait artist and illustrator, creating images for editorial, publishing, advertising, and institutional clients.
  
  My illustrations are rooted in realism with a personal raw energy and flowing movement. Concepts employ subtlety and use the components of the painting -- value, light, texture, color, and cropping -- to help tell the story. They work great for any project that has a need for contemporary visuals that are straightforward, accessible to a wide audience, and display a personal edge.
