Allan currently specializes in supporting Enterprise, Small Business and Consumer-based Software companies and has developed a comprehensive knowledge of Cloud Computing business models.
Several years ago, Allan created an 18-country, outsourced channel management and coverage model for one of the major vendors above, build-up a 100+ outsourced team and project managed the program for 18 months.
Allan founded and ran (as CEO) MSI Consulting Group, a 100-person sales and marketing strategy firm focused on the high tech industry where he became a leading sales and marketing strategist and visionary. At MSI, Allan consulted to executives at firms such as Cisco, Oracle, Microsoft, Intel, IBM, AT&T and HP and was a frequent keynote speaker, conference leader, and contributing columnist for a leading technology publication.
Before MSI, Allan worked as a consultant with The Boston Consulting Group and received his MBA from Harvard Graduate School of Business where he was honored as a Baker Scholar. Allan is also a CPA and serves on several for profit and not-for-profit boards.
After MSI, Allan completed the sale of WorkingWild assets to TIO Networks and joined that public company’s Board of Directors. Allan self-funded WorkingWild to become the #4 market share leader in the WiFi public internet access market. In 5 quarters of operation, WorkingWild developed the industry’s first profitable WiFi/HotSpot business model and landed and began execution on an exclusive agreement to deploy WorkingWild’s IP-based network into a 2,000-location chain owned by a public company.
