Ali Haydar Unsal’s Summary

Ali Haydar Unsal started his business life in 1998 at Turk Ekonomi Bankası (TEB). Between 1998-1999 he took part in the project team for Call Centre and Internet Banking establishment process. He worked as Customer Representative, Duty Chief and Team Leader in TEB Call Center between 1999-2003.

Between the years 2003 and 2006, he decided to get into the kitchen of his profession and took a part in TEB IT Group as Internet and Call Centre Application Development Supervisor. While in his service, he worked as Project Leader in like optimization of work flow and Consumer and Corporate Internet Banking and Call Centre Applications. In between 2006-2007, Unsal continued his carrier in Finansbank as Alternative Distribution Channels, Product Management Assistant Vice President. He worked especially on the effective utilization of IVR, efficiency increase of Call Centre and enforceability of Speech Recognition / Text to Speech Systems. As of the year 2007, Unsal works as Business Development Manager in Embrio AŞ. Especially he continues his tasks as Project Manager in www.tio.com.tr project. Unsal also conducts Embrio's General Secretary of Executive Council. He strongly belives in the future of internet and mobile applications in Turkey and globe.

Ali Haydar Ünsal graduated from Istanbul University Biology Department in Faculty of Science, Molecular Biology and Genetics Group in year 2000. Unsal got his master's degree on Pedagogy in the Science Institute Department of the same university. Internet and investigation of Hi-Tech products are among his hobbies. At the same time he likes travelling and giving scope for different cultures. Unsal is also interested in amateur photography and took part in miscellaneous photography exhibitions.
