I have always loved writing - it allows you to use your imagination to explore anywhere and everywhere. As an English major at Misericordia University, I honed my professional writing experience, and pursued a Technical Writer internship at Solid Cactus Inc. After proving my writing ability, I became the very first Search Engine Optimization Specialist in our newly founded SEO department. I was eager to learn all I could about SEO - from keyword research, SEO copywriting, link building, and blogging, and read SEO blogs, articles, and anything SEO-related I could get my hands on!

After developing my customer service skills by working directly with clients and successfully managing their SEO campaigns, I was promoted to SEO Team Leader at Solid Cactus. Effectively managing employees has been a joy to me - not only juggling the myriad of enthusiastic personalities on my SEO Team, but also working to streamline workflow and increase productivity through in-depth SEO training for all team members and enhanced project management.

I believe in Helen Keller's quote, "Life is either a daring adventure or nothing at all", and am optimistic on where life will take me in the future. I feel my professional future lies in the online world, where I am confident I can apply my creative mind, innovative ideas, affinity for tackling challenges, and wealth of SEO and internet marketing experience to develop successful solutions for businesses and services.
