Alfonso Nunez is an HR professional with a wealth of experience managing in-house and outsourced HR and talent maangement teams for some of the world’s leading companies. Prior to joining RPO Group, Alfy was the Director of Programmes for Capital Consulting, one of Europe’s largest and most innovative HR process outsourcing specialist companies.
During his time at Capital, Alfy’s achievements included managing the recruitment outsourcing rollout, implementation and change management for Dell, KPMG, AOL in the UK, D&B (formerly Dun & Bradstreet) throughout Europe and advising non-outsourcing clients such as Vodafone, Smith & Nephew and government organisations on specific areas of improvement in talent management strategies. The primary focus of his responsibilities was to ensure that all client implementations delivered significant cost reduction, improved employer branding and reputation, higher quality talent, reduction in time to hire and enabled clients’ people strategies to be realised.

On behalf of RPO GROUP, an Australia based independent Recruitment Process Outsourcing Mangement Consultancy, I began with Colliers International as my primary client in August 2006 scoping, defining and implementing a full recruitment outsource, initially rolling out their first recruitment system (ATM provider - NGA.net) and proceeded to build a team of 5 recruiters covering Australia dealing with ca. 350 roles per annum, with a target to achieve 90% direct sourcing and a spend reduction of over 50% during the company's highest recorded growth period.
Following the success of this outsource, since April 2007 I have taken responsibility for managing the entire HR, Learning & Devleopment and Recruitment function for Colliers International across Australia - a team of 14 across the country, reporting directly to the CEO.
