•Conducted customer loyalty research and competitor conquest research to determine target consumers by analyzing 1,500+ customer reviews from Edmunds.com and multiple websites.
•Created a market research design for email and postcard surveys. Created focus group script and screen, moderated sessions, analyzed results, and made recommendations to MAZDA marketing management.
•Designed multi-variable regression prediction model including both qualitative and quantitative data for competitor analysis to determine conquest priorities.
•Presented to the VP of marketing of Mazda USA, CEO of DONER Advertising and CEO of Mazda dealership.
•Results: Mazda USA is using the results of this research to helping their Mazda 6 launch campaign.
