I do this by strengthening behaviors of leadership, collaboration, decision making, conflict management and emotional intelligence while leading groups through key business processes of visioning, strategizing, goal-setting, brain-storming, problem solving, change management, and training.

Leaders prefer this ‘parallel processing’ approach because it links organization development to measurable business outcomes. Teams like this approach because they get to practice these behaviors while doing real work, not training scenarios.

I hold degrees and certifications in applied behavioral science, systems thinking and modeling, adult learning theory, coaching and emotional intelligence. Since 2009, I’ve done this work as Principal Consultant of Locomotive Partners (http://www.locomotivepartners.com). Before that my background spans 15+ years of program management, change management, systems design, training, print & digital communications work for top firms in the US, Europe, & Asia.
