We are assisting foreign companies have clean, fast and safe offshore startups in Romania.
We provide turn key solutions (legal, accounting, HR) for these offshore setups. Our accountants are ACCA certified, and therefore very experienced with foreign fiscal regulations.
Our strong point is with IT branches, and we also provide outsourcing for services as IT Consulting, Software Architecture, Project Management or Team Leadership.

Since 1999 I am part of The Alpinet project, a non profit initiative ment to create a Romanian Mountaneering Web website, and a strong virtual community.
So far the project is available in Romanian only.
By having a high Internet traffic we managed to finance Alpinet sub-projects, even support and sponsor other projects.
"Invitatie in Carpati" free online magazine (www.iic.ro) and "Fotogeografica" photo contest (www.fotogeografica.ro) are just two examples of what a non-profit project can do.
